What Is the 30-Day Florida Membership?

The 30-Day Florida Membership is a short-term concierge arrangement that offers priority access to Dr. Schreiber for acute issues, minor injuries, and day-to-day medical needs while you are in South Florida. It provides concierge-level support without requiring an annual commitment.

Who the 30-Day Membership Is For

This membership is ideal for people who want high-quality medical access during a defined stay, including:

  • Seasonal visitors and snowbirds spending several weeks in the area
  • Families vacationing who want a trusted physician available if illness arises
  • Executives or professionals here for a project who cannot lose time to urgent cares or long waits
  • Individuals recovering from recent illness or procedures who need local support

What Your 30-Day Membership Includes

A standard 30-Day Florida Membership may include:

  • Priority access for acute issues during your thirty-day term, with same- or next-day availability whenever possible
  • One included in-person evaluation (in-office or at home within the service area, depending on clinical need and your preference)
  • Up to 3–4 secure telehealth evaluations during your thirty-day window
  • Additional office visits at your concierge-member rate, as needed
  • Additional home visits at a 20% membership discount, consistent with your existing concierge structure
  • Evaluation and management of common illnesses, minor injuries, and day-to-day concerns during your stay
  • Coordination of local imaging or laboratory testing if required
  • Ongoing guidance on whether a situation requires emergency department care or can be managed directly

Family members may be added: Each added family member receives one included in-person evaluation, 3–4 telehealth sessions during the thirty-day term, and discounted additional visits. Children are priced at a reduced add-on rate.

How the 30-Day Membership Works

The process is designed to provide reassurance even before you arrive.

  • Step 1 – Initial inquiry: You share your dates in South Florida, basic medical background, and who will be covered under the membership.
  • Step 2 – Brief conversation: A short phone or video discussion with Dr. Schreiber ensures that the structure of the membership fits your needs. This is not a full medical visit, but it allows expectations to be aligned before you enroll.
  • Step 3 – Enrollment: Your thirty-day window begins. You receive direct contact instructions and clear guidance for when and how to reach out during your stay.
  • Step 4 – Access during your stay: If an illness or injury arises, Dr. Schreiber determines whether the issue can be handled by secure telehealth, an in-office visit, or a home visit within the service area.
  • Step 5 – Transition after your stay: When your term ends, you receive recommendations for any ongoing needs. If desired, you may explore transitioning into a longer-term concierge or longevity relationship outside the stress of an acute situation.

Why a Membership — and Not Just a Single Visit?

South Florida experiences major surges in population during holiday seasons, school breaks, and winter months. During these peak periods, local offices, urgent cares, and even hospital clinics become severely congested. Appointment slots disappear, wait times increase dramatically, and care becomes harder to access.

The 30-day membership window is designed to protect you from that unpredictability. Travel plans change, flights are delayed, children become ill at unexpected times, and families often extend their stay. The thirty-day structure ensures that you remain covered not only during your planned visit, but also if your trip shifts at the margins — whether symptoms appear just after arrival, near the end of your stay, or in the days surrounding your return home.

When appropriate and within the scope of state medical licensing, the membership also allows Dr. Schreiber to continue guiding your care briefly after your return home. Dr. Schreiber is licensed not only in Florida but also in New York, New Jersey, and more than seventeen additional states, allowing for a measured and legally compliant transition back to your home physician rather than an abrupt end on the day of travel.

The value of the membership extends far beyond a one-time visit. Each enrolled family member receives an included in-person evaluation, several telehealth sessions, discounted additional visits, and coordinated diagnostic support — all anchored by a physician who remains available throughout the thirty-day window.

The fee reflects not only the visit itself, but the priority access, availability, and physician capacity reserved exclusively for your family at a time when access is most limited. Whether you are in South Florida for one week or for the full month, the same level of readiness is required on the physician side — and the membership ensures that you are not simply hoping to be “fit in” somewhere last minute.

The Investment

The 30-Day Florida Membership is a premium service that reflects the access, flexibility, and physician time reserved for you during your stay. Fees vary depending on the number of individuals covered and anticipated needs during the membership window.

Exact costs are reviewed transparently prior to enrollment, allowing you to decide confidently whether this level of support is right for your visit.
